To record what is different.
Take two images of an object at slightly different times without moving the camera. Then by using the Patented L-RAY® software to process the images you are able to see what is different or what has moved. In the case of tire testing, we stress the tire with a vacuum causing the voids or separations to expand. This causes the topography of the inside of the tire to change or move. DIFFEROMETRY records only what has moved. In the DIFFEROMETRY process we utilize the ability of the computer to capture images in a user defined sequence of time and pressure to display the desired results.
